This policy explains what information AiSellX collects, how we use it to operate the marketplace, how Google sign-in and Google Analytics authorization work inside the product, and what choices you have over your data.

1.Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways. First, we collect information that you provide directly when you create an account, sign in, publish or edit a project, contact support, submit verification materials, participate in a transaction, or otherwise fill in forms on AiSellX. Second, we collect information generated while you use the marketplace, such as listing drafts, inquiry activity, transaction status changes, account settings, support history, and attachments uploaded to support a listing or review. Third, we collect limited technical information needed to run and secure the service, including session data, browser and device signals, IP-derived security signals, error logs, and product diagnostics. If you choose Google sign-in, Google may provide us with profile data such as your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. If you choose to connect Google Analytics for listing verification, Google may provide us with the selected GA4 property metadata and read-only metrics needed to verify recent traffic and user counts for that listing.
2.How we use information
We use information to provide the features that users expect from AiSellX, including account authentication, project listing management, buyer-seller communication, support operations, transaction coordination, and fraud or abuse prevention. For Google sign-in, we use the Google account information returned during authorization to let you sign in, create or link your platform account, and display basic account profile details. For Google Analytics verification, we use the data only to support the user-requested verification workflow for a project listing. After authorization, we use the selected GA4 property to read the latest complete month and the previous complete month of traffic and user metrics, write those values back into the listing form, and show that the traffic source was verified through Google Analytics. We may also use information to improve product quality, troubleshoot incidents, communicate with users, enforce marketplace rules, respond to legal requests, and maintain the integrity of the platform.
4.Security practices
We use a combination of technical, organizational, and access-control measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or accidental disclosure of user information. These measures may include role-based access controls, infrastructure protections, secure transport, credential handling controls, operational logging, and review processes around sensitive workflows. Some credentials and tokens used for integrations are stored only when needed to maintain the requested connection and are protected using application-level security controls. For example, when a seller connects Google Analytics for listing verification, the connection is used to support that listing's verification workflow and can be revoked by disconnecting the integration or revoking access through the user's Google account settings. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit exposure, investigate suspicious behavior, and improve controls over time.
6.Your rights and choices
Depending on your location and the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to request access to personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, or request data portability, subject to legal, security, transaction, and record-keeping exceptions. You may also choose to disconnect certain third-party integrations. For example, a seller can disconnect Google Analytics verification for a listing, and users may revoke Google or GitHub access from the relevant provider account settings. If you have an account with us, some profile and listing information may also be updated directly inside the product without submitting a separate request.
7.Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate AiSellX, support transactions, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, maintain accurate business records, comply with legal obligations, and preserve the security and integrity of the platform. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, the feature involved, contractual or regulatory requirements, and whether the information is needed for an active listing, support issue, transaction, or legal record. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise de-identify it where appropriate.
8.International processing
AiSellX may serve users across multiple regions. As a result, information may be processed, stored, or accessed in jurisdictions other than the one where the user is located, including where our team members, infrastructure providers, analytics vendors, cloud services, or support tools operate. When cross-border processing occurs, we aim to use appropriate safeguards that are reasonable for the nature of the service, the data involved, and the legal context.
9.Children's privacy
AiSellX is designed for business, investment, operational, and professional marketplace use. It is not directed to children. We do not knowingly provide the service to children where prohibited by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketplace use. If you believe a child has provided us information inappropriately, please contact us so we can review and address the situation.
10.Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, features, legal obligations, integrations, or operational practices change. If we make a material update, we may change the effective date shown in this policy and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of AiSellX after an updated policy becomes effective means that the updated version will apply to future use of the platform.
11.Contact and requests
If you have privacy questions, need help understanding this policy, want to submit a privacy-related request, or need clarification about how Google sign-in or Google Analytics verification works inside AiSellX, please contact us through the support options provided on the platform or through the contact page. When submitting a request, please provide enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, listing, transaction, or integration so that we can respond accurately and efficiently.
